She has found purpose in helping create great places to work for all by aiding companies in analyzing their survey results and leveraging Great Place To Work research to provide best practices. Ruby has a B.A. in Economics and Critical Identity studies, and is passionate about telling stories through data. When she's not reading research and looking at data you can find her reading a historical fiction novel by the water or hanging out with her cat, Princess Peach.
